More than 70 countries in the world produce wine. There are literally thousands of grape varieties with different flavour profiles and over a million different producers worldwide. Each wine changes every year, sometimes slightly, sometime tremendously, based on market demand, wine-making choice, and vintage variations caused by weather patterns.
